I heard about IAC from a friend who was happy with the services provided. So I called them up, talked to the team and since then, IAC have been very helpful for my son’s NDIS plan needs. Our NDIS support worker at IAC assisted me through the plan review and helped me gather the right evidence. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Now, my son’s NDIS plan includes services and the therapies that he requires. I feel satisfied and pleased that my son can finally access what he needs now, and I appreciate IAC.

Previously I wasn’t clear on how support coordination works, I did have a support coordinator however I was not aware, since there was no proper communication. Since I was recommended Independent Ability Care I can see that they keep clear communication and things are managed in a timely manner.
Independent Ability Care has great support coordination services, I have been able to communicate to my support coordinator, Masoumeh, and build a good relationship. She has helped me maintain my referrals and have continuous supports. In comparison to my previous provider, I can see immense difference in the support and in turn that has affected how confident I feel to lead my life.
