Previously I wasn’t clear on how support coordination works, I did have a support coordinator however I was not aware, since there was no proper communication. Since I was recommended Independent Ability Care I can see that they keep clear communication and things are managed in a timely manner.
Somaia is such an amazing support worker. She has lots of knowledge regarding the participant and was able to extensively and fluently assist with gathering evidence for her assessment during our appointment. I wish all DSW were as passionate and helpful as Somaia! Great Work Somaia!
