Service Delivery Coordinators

Our Service Delivery Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with NDIS Practice Standards. They act as the link between participants, families, staff, and management. Their qualifications and training include:

Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Disability, or Mental Health

Diploma of Leadership and Management  (often desirable for team coordination)

Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate IV in Community Services

NDIS Worker Orientation Module (mandatory for all NDIS workers)

First Aid & CPR certification

Manual Handling and Medication Assistance training (where applicable)

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training

Incident Management and Risk Assessment training

Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check

Nurses

Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse – RN)

Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse – EN)

Current AHPRA Registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)

Medication Administration & Management training

NDIS Worker Orientation Module (mandatory for all NDIS workers)

First Aid & CPR certification 

Manual Handling and Infection Control training
