Previously I wasn’t clear on how support coordination works, I did have a support coordinator however I was not aware, since there was no proper communication. Since I was recommended Independent Ability Care I can see that they keep clear communication and things are managed in a timely manner.
Independent Ability Care has great support coordination services, I have been able to communicate to my support coordinator, Masoumeh, and build a good relationship. She has helped me maintain my referrals and have continuous supports.
