Managing disabilities is a full-time commitment for both participant and their carers. Staying at an NDIS accommodation is cost efficient and extremely beneficial to our participant as they learn independence and build new skills. Previously I wasn’t clear on how support coordination works, I did have a support coordinator however I was not aware, since there was no proper communication. Since I was recommended Independent Ability Care I can see that they keep clear communication and things are managed in a timely manner.
Independent Ability Care has great support coordination services, I have been able to communicate to my support coordinator, Masoumeh, and build a good relationship. She has helped me maintain my referrals and have continuous supports. In comparison to my previous provider, I can see immense difference in the support and in turn that has affected how confident I feel to lead my life.

What is your process for feedback, complaints, and continuous improvement?
We continually review the feedback and complains that we get so that we can improve the services we provide.
